Our client, a leading company in the Automotive sector, is seeking a qualified CRM Officer to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Working time
8:30 am- 4:30 pm / 6 Days a week
Salary range
600 - 700 IQD

Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data within the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with clients.
- Handle and follow up on customer complaints.
- Prepare and organize daily communication reports and track results.
Qualifications
- Previous experience using CRM systems or in customer service/call center roles.
- Experience in the automotive or solar energy industry is preferred.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
