Our client is a growing online fashion seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily Operations inventory and order fulfillment, coordinate with team members, and ensure efficient business performance across all online sales channels.

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 6 Days a week

1,000,000 IQD-2,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for team members to measure performance and drive operational excellence.
- Track and analyze operational performance metrics and prepare improvement plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Track sales performance and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Follow up on order processing and fulfillment activities.
- Organize employee tasks and monitor productivity.
- Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Operations, E-commerce Operations, or Team Supervision.
- Female candidate preferred.
- Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and experience in developing, tracking, and evaluating operational performance metrics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational activities.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
