Our client is a growing online fashion seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory and order fulfillment, coordinate with team members, and ensure efficient business performance across all online sales channels.

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 6 Days a week

Responsibilities
- Supervise and follow up on the daily performance of the team.
- Manage and coordinate operations across four online sales pages.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Track sales performance and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Follow up on order processing and fulfillment activities.
- Organize employee tasks and monitor productivity.
- Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Operations, E-commerce Operations, or Team Supervision.
- Female candidate preferred.
- Experience managing teams and daily operational activities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational activities.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
