Responsibilities
- - Welcome clients at the sales centre and provide comprehensive information about real estate projects and housing complexes.
- - Build strong relationships with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales.
- - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- - Experience in sales, preferably in real estate or services.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
- - Persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- - Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.
- - Proficiency in computer use and CRM systems.
