A Masterminds client who is a leading company specialized in the field of Pharmaceutical Industries in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Financial Compliance Officer to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

Working time
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
1,800,000 - 3,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with applicable financial laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Track financial legislation updates and assess their impact on the company
- Ensure that financial operations and accounting procedures follow approved compliance standards
- Coordinate with the finance department, internal audit, and regulatory authorities
- Support financial auditing and review activities
- Implement and follow financial compliance controls within IFRS systems and frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or Financial Sciences
- 3 -5 years experience in financial compliance or financial control, preferably within the banking sector
- Professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, or Corporate Governance are an advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and systems
- Experience or practical knowledge of ERP systems
- Willingness to travel across all governorates
