Our client, a leading company in the Telecommunications and digital technologies sector, is seeking a qualified Head Of DevOps to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

4,500,000 - 6,500,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the DevOps vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DevOps team.
- Establish DevOps governance, standards, KPIs, and best practices.
- Build and enhance Platform Engineering through CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, observability, and self-service platforms.
- Ensure platform reliability, availability, and operational excellence for business-critical cloud, web, mobile, and API platforms.
- Own incident, problem, change, disaster recovery, and business continuity management.
- Provide technical governance for infrastructure, cloud platforms, automation, and architecture.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Network, Delivery, and IT Operations teams.
- Manage technical oversight of vendors and managed service providers.
- Stay hands-on with infrastructure design, automation, technical reviews, and complex incident resolution.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Systems Administration, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in a technical leadership or people management role.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure and platform initiatives.
