Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation.
- Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling.
- Lead HR initiatives to support organizational growth and employee development.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law.
- Strong leadership, communication, and employee relations skills.
