Masterminds Recruitment is hiring an HR Officer (4+ Years Experience) to lead staff and maintain a healthy work culture for one of its leading clients in Kirkuk 👥

Salary range
800,000 - 1,000,000 IQD per month

Responsibilities
- • Maintain a healthy, positive, and motivating work environment for all employees, resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
- • Lead, supervise, and mentor staff effectively, driving team productivity and morale.
- • Maintain and update confidential employee records, personnel files, and contracts.
- • Monitor attendance, leaves, and manage monthly payroll preparation.
- • Coordinate recruitment processes (screening CVs, interviews) and employee onboarding.
Qualifications
- • 4+ years of experience in HR and staff leadership/supervision.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel); knowledge of Odoo is a strong plus.
- • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- • Based in Kirkuk, Iraq.
