Our client, a leading company in the delivery sector, is seeking a qualified HR Generalist to fill this position and play a vital role in the company's overall success.
Location
Baghdad/ Palestine street
Working time
9 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
2,500,000-3,500,000 per month

Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills (not only legal and tax matters).
- Knowledge of social security registration procedures.
- Mature, humble, and calm personality, able to handle disagreements professionally without taking them personally.
- Able to communicate respectfully with employees from different educational backgrounds.
- Coachable, a good fit with the team's culture, and committed to working hours. Delivery sector experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Manage day-to-day employee relations, maintaining open and respectful communication.
- Resolve conflicts and workplace issues calmly and fairly to keep a stable work environment.
- Provide employees with constructive feedback in a polite and respectful manner.
- Handle employee registration with social security and manage HR records, attendance, and leave.
- Support company culture and team spirit, and contribute to the company's expansion and new stations in the future.
