Our client, a leading company in the Furniture sector, is seeking a qualified HR Manager to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Baghdad - Karadah
Working time
8 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
3,500,000 - 5,500,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and annual HR plans.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee KPI processes.
- Supervise compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Develop and monitor training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage HR systems, databases, and employee information.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis, and KPIs for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 9+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a managerial HR position.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law.
- Experience with HR systems and databases; Odoo experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
