Our client who is a British leading, Global technology solution provider valued at over US$10 billion, with a network of 450+ international brands across 40 markets in the IT space, Is looking for a qualified HR Manager to fill this role and play a vital role in the overall success of the company

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness
- Support leadership in change management and organizational design
- Develop talent pipelines and hiring strategies for critical roles
- Implement and manage performance management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with Iraq labor laws and regulations
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-9 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Experience working in Iraq or Middle East markets preferred
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in multinational organizations
- Experience managing HR in challenging or emerging markets
