Our client who is a leading company in furniture and household items in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Interior Designer to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 5 Days a week
Salary range
9,000,000IQD - 1,300,000IQD

Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across the store in line with ariika’s brand guidelines.
- Style showroom spaces, room sets, and product displays to tell compelling lifestyle stories.
- Conduct one-on-one and group design consultations as part of ariika’s design service initiative.
- Understand customers’ needs, spaces, budgets, and style preferences.
- Provide professional guidance on furniture selection, color palettes, layouts, and styling using ariika products.
- Create mood boards, space plans, or styling suggestions (manual or digital) for customer projects.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a warm, inspiring, and informative customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising, interior styling, or retail design (home/furniture industry preferred)
- Strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of color, texture, space planning, and furniture styling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with customers.
