A Masterminds client who is a leading company specialized in the field of food and beverages industry in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Marketing Director to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

10,000,000 - 12,000,000

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies
- Prepare annual marketing plans and seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Summer, Back to School, etc.).
- Build, develop, and protect brand identity for juice and food product portfolios
- Design and execute promotions, discounts, and trade offers
- Lead digital marketing strategies across online platforms and social media.
- Coordination with Manufacturing & Distribution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 10–15 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Strong experience in FMCG industry, preferably in juices, beverages, dairy, or food products.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level position.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Deep knowledge of brand positioning and brand development
