Our client, a leading company in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a Planner to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource loading plans, and project milestones.
- Track project progress and analyze schedule performance against approved baselines.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and bottlenecks and propose recovery plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of planning and scheduling experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, refinery, petrochemical, pipeline, or industrial projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and project control systems.
- Sound understanding of project lifecycle phases including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
