Production Manager

Our client, a leading global furniture manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its factory operations and play a vital role in ensuring production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

Working time
9 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
USD 2,100 – 3,200

Responsibilities
- Translate operational plans and customer schedules into clear production targets and plans.
- Supervise section supervisors and skilled workers across cutting, CNC, upholstery, lamination, painting, and other production areas.
- Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and approved quality standards.
- Monitor production KPIs, including output, defect rate, and cycle time.
- Coordinate with the QC Inspector to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Department to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production management, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership, management, and factory supervision skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP / Microsoft Dynamics AX and strong shop floor management skills.
