Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with client, company, and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, API, ASME, ASTM, NACE, and applicable project specifications
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Procedures, and Quality Control Plans.
- Manage all quality control activities related to construction, fabrication, welding, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, third-party inspection agencies, and project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, refinery, petrochemical, pipeline, or energy projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial or senior quality leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Extensive experience in construction quality control, fabrication, commissioning, and project handover processes.
