Salary range
1,500,000 - 2,000,000 per month

Responsibilities
- • Design and deliver high-impact training modules focused on real estate sales cycles and consultative selling.
- • Train new and existing sales agents on negotiation strategies, objection handling, and deal closing.
- • Shadow sales reps during client calls/meetings and provide actionable 1-on-1 coaching.
- • Assess sales team performance metrics, identify skill gaps, and implement development plans.
- • Train staff on CRM utilization, market trend analysis, and lead qualification.
Qualifications
- • Proven track record as a Sales Trainer or L&D specialist, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- • Demonstrated background in real estate sales conversion and team enablement.
- • Outstanding presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (TOT certification is a plus).
- • Commitment to working on-site in Baghdad (Yarmouk).
