Our client who is a leading company specialized in the field of luxury fashion & interior design in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Manager to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

Working time
2:30 PM - 11 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
3,000,000 - 3,500,000

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise the sales team and monitor overall staff performance
- Develop and implement sales plans and sales strategies
- Drive revenue growth and improve store performance
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports
- Ensure high standards of customer service and brand presentation
- Manage store activities efficiently and maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
- Retail experience is strongly needed
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of sales planning and sales strategy
- Strong reporting, organizational, and communication skills
- Preferably has connections within Iraq’s luxury market and community
- Must be Male
