A Masterminds client who is a leading company specialized in the field of real estate development in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Architect to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.
Location
Baghdad - Al Mansour
Working time
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM/ 6 Days a week
Salary range
1,250,000 - 2,500,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare architectural designs for residential and commercial projects, including interior and exterior design.
- Prepare detailed and execution drawings according to approved design standards.
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for projects.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure design integration and compatibility
- Review drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and architectural codes.
- Participate in developing design concepts and project presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 3–5 years of practical experience in architectural design.
- Experience in both interior and exterior architectural design projects.
- Proficiency in the following software:AutoCAD,Revit,3ds Max and V-Ray or Corona Renderer
- Strong creative design and architectural thinking skills.
- High accuracy in preparing detailed drawings.
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
