Our client, a leading company in the restaurant industry, is seeking a qualified Branch Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations, lead and support the team, and ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency, service quality, and overall branch performance.

Working time
11 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
1,000,000 IQD per month

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Monitor kitchen operations, food quality, and service efficiency.
- Coordinate financial, inventory, and operational activities with relevant departments.
- Resolve operational issues and support the achievement of branch performance goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant operations or a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with POS/Cashier systems (experience with any POS system is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
