Our client, a leading company in the Beauty sector, is seeking a qualified Call Center to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Baghdad -Palestine Street
Working time
12:00 pm - 8:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
500,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities
- Answer calls and social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)
- Convert inquiries into actual bookings within the center
- Follow up with customers to increase booking rates
- Explain services in a clear and persuasive way
- Record customer data in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or a call center (required)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fast response and follow-up, without neglecting messages
- Ability to handle customer objections (price, hesitation)
- Experience in the beauty or dental field is preferred
- Residence near Palestine Street is preferred
