A MasterMinds client, a leading company in the industrial field, is seeking a qualified cook to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.


Location

Baghdad-Sabiat

Working time

7:00 AM to 4:00 PM - 6 days per week

Salary range

500,000 - 750,000 IQD 

Gender

Male 

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers by phone.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules.
  • Maintain and update collection records and customer follow-up status.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or customer follow-up.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
