Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience in country management, business leadership, or sales management within the technology, consumer electronics, or distribution industry.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in business management, sales leadership, channel distribution, or country operations within the technology sector.
- Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience managing large teams and business operations.
- Prior experience handling technology distribution, consumer electronics, or premium global brands is highly desirable.
