Masterminds, a leading company in business systems and recruitment in Iraq, is seeking a qualified Odoo Developer & Operations All-Rounder to fill this position and play a vital role in the company's overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Build, customise and maintain Odoo modules, and set up accounting, inventory, POS and payroll for clients.
  • Import client data, train client teams and support them after go-live.
  • Keep the Masterminds website and demo systems up to date.
  • Handle recruitment cases from open ticket to offer: job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening and CVs.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, reports and invoices, and support the sales team with client demos.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Odoo and Python, with work you can show.
  • Working knowledge of Git and basic web (HTML/CSS).
  • Good written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Organised, a fast learner, and comfortable using AI tools to work smarter.
