A Masterminds client who is leading company in the filed of beauty and women's care in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified HR officer to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.
Location
Baghdad - Al Saydia
Working time
10:00AM - 8:00AM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
1,500,000 - 2,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Supervise the team and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and maintain employee records
- Participate in recruitment and selection of suitable staff
- Organize training sessions to enhance team performance
- Resolve internal issues and provide HR and administrative support
- Prepare regular reports on performance and compliance with laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR management or supervising teams
- experience in the beauty and care industry
- Good English
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Professional and courteous personality when dealing with staff and clients
