Our client, a leading company in the Furniture sector, is seeking a qualified HR Specialist to fill this position and play a vital role in the company's overall success. 


Location

Baghdad - Krada

Working time

9am - pm  / 6 Days a week

Salary range

1,000,000 - 1,500,000

Gender

Male / Female

Responsibilities

  • - Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting vacancies, screening CVs, interviewing, and issuing offers
  • - Handle employee inquiries and workplace relations
  • - Apply company policies and ensure compliance with Iraqi labor regulations
  • - Coordinate training activities and performance evaluations
  • - Prepare periodic HR reports for management

Qualifications

  • - At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • - Good knowledge of Iraqi labor law, employment contracts, and payroll procedures
  • - Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • - Good command of Arabic and English, written and spoken
