Our client, a leading company in the power and industrial sector at Besmaya Power Plant, Baghdad, is seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer to fill this position and play a vital role in the plant’s operational success.

9 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
1,500,000 - 2,000,000 per month

Responsibilities
- • Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all central and industrial HVAC systems across the plant.
- • Act as the primary technical point of contact, communicating fluently in English on a daily basis with foreign engineers and project management.
- • Prepare and submit periodic technical reports, maintenance logs, failure diagnostics, and spare parts tracking using engineering software and CMMS.
- • Troubleshoot complex faults in industrial HVAC equipment and implement rapid, safe engineering solutions adhering to international safety standards.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial HVAC systems and plant maintenance.
- • Fluency in English (spoken and written) for regular technical coordination with foreign engineers.Understanding of food hygiene standards and safe food handling practices.
- • Proficiency in relevant engineering software, technical reporting tools, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
