Our client, a leading company in the Retail sector, is seeking a qualified Interior Decoration Team Leader to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Baghdad

Working time

09:00 AM - 05:00 PM / 6 days a week

Salary range

3,000,000 - 5,000,00

Male / Female

Responsibilities

  • Lead the interior decoration coordination team
  • Set unified showroom decoration standards
  • Supervise furniture display and visual identity
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Procurement
  • Train the team and report improvements to management

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in interior decoration or showroom styling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
  • Experience leading teams, preferably across multiple branches
  • Furniture or large retail experience is preferred
  • Strong visual styling and leadership skills
