9:00AM - 5:00PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
500,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Ensure the company complies with Iraqi laws and regulations
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and advise management
- Draft, review, and update contracts and company documents
- Liaise with government authorities and external auditors
- Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in law
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi corporate, tax, and labor laws
- experience in legal field is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
