Junior Sales Representative

Our client who is a leading company specialized in the field of Oil Products in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Sales Representative to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.
Location
Baghdad - Ghazalya
Working time
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
750,000 + Commission

Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads through calls, emails, and field visits
- Support senior sales staff in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Help achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Previous work in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or final-year student)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
