Our client who is a leading company specialized in the field of Oil and Lubricants in Basrah, is seeking a qualified Logistics and Order Management Specialist to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
2,000,000 - 2,500,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage, enter, and process orders accurately and in a timely manner, follow up from initiation to delivery.
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Track inventory levels, coordinate FFs and receiving, and manage the flow of goods.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues regarding shipments, logistics, or orders.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaise with internal departments (sales, finance, warehousing) and external stakeholders (suppliers, carriers) to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and generate reports on KPIs like on-time delivery and costs.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or order processing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with good English command.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order data and inventory levels.
