Our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical drug trading sector, is seeking a qualified Team Leader to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Baghdad - Alhgadeer
Working time
05:00PM - 11:00PM + 2hr meeting in the morning / 6 days a week
Salary range
600,000 IQD + commissions

Responsibilities
- Lead and follow up with a team of field sales representatives.
- Supervise the team’s daily commitment and work plans.
- Instruct representatives regarding collections and client follow-up.
- Create new strategies for clients and sales zones.
- Lead some team meetings and collect feedback and reports from the representatives.
- Get involved when issues occur with clients or when team commitment drops.
- Take corrective action and contain problems when needed.
- Follow up on each representative’s performance and ensure the required collections are achieved.
Qualifications
- Male.
- Owning a car is required.
- Previous experience is not required if the candidate shows clear potential for learning and leadership.
- Strong personality with the ability to handle a field sales team.
- Charisma and good presence when dealing with the team and clients.
- Ability to follow up, maintain control, and solve field-related issues.
