A masterminds client who is a leading company specialized in the field of Construction & Engineering Projects in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified project manager to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.
Location
Baghdad - Yarmouk
Working time
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
3,000,000 - 4,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from the planning stage to final delivery
- Supervise construction works, structural framework, and finishing works
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), approve them, and follow up on modifications
- Prepare and monitor the project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Manage contracts with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms
- Coordinate between different teams (engineering, execution, procurement, and consultants)
- Track project costs and budget, manage variations and claims
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in construction project management
- Experience in building projects, general contracting, and finishing works
- Experience in preparing and reviewing BOQs and construction contracts
- Good knowledge of project management software
- Solid understanding of engineering standards and construction systems adopted in Iraq.
- Strong leadership skills, decision-making ability, and time management
