Our client, a leading multi-platform digital marketplace in Iraq, is seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager (Erbil) to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s commercial expansion and sales growth.

Responsibilities
- • Develop and execute regional sales strategy, translating annual targets into weekly and monthly plans.
- • Maintain active field presence to lead complex negotiations and build strategic account relationships.
- • Supervise, coach, and develop 4 Platform Team Leaders and their field sales teams.
- • Oversee territory management, sales forecasting, and regional performance tracking.
Qualifications
- • 8+ years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in sales management and team leadership.
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- • Fluent Arabic and professional English required; Kurdish is a must.
- • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
