Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages through social media platforms and online sales channels.
- Explain products, their specifications, and features to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or online sales.
- Good typing speed of 30–40 words per minute (WPM).
- Strong skills in persuasion, communication, and closing sales.
