Sales - Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for finding new customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. You will visit customers, build good relationships, and follow up on sales opportunities.
We are looking for a proactive and motivated person with good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be able to work in the field and meet sales targets.

Working time
9am - 5pm / 6 Days a week

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking activities according to recipes and supervisor instructions within the assigned kitchen section.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with food safety standards.
- Ensure proper portioning, labeling, and storage of food items to minimize waste and maintain quality control.
- Support senior chefs in daily production, service operations, and inventory checks.
- Adhere strictly to HACCP guidelines, safety procedures, and company kitchen policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel, restaurant, catering, or central kitchen).
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques related to the assigned section (hot kitchen, pastry, bakery, butchery, etc.).
- Understanding of food hygiene standards and safe food handling practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and operate effectively within a team environment.
