Our client who is a leading company specialized in the field of marketing solutions in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Social Media Specialist to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

Baghdad - Baghdad Al Jideda
Working time
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
650,000 - 700,000 + Bonuses

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads) across social media channels.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and prepare periodic reports with optimization recommendations.
- Manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and social media management tools.
- Analytical skills with experience using insights tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to drive data-based decisions.
