A Masterminds client who is a leading company in Traveling services in Bable, Is seeking a qualified Ticketing Agent to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.


Location

Bable- Al Hela 

Working time

3:00 PM- 11:00PM  / 6 Days a week

Salary range

600,000 - 1,000,000 IQD

Gender

Male / Female

Responsibilities

  • Handle flight bookings, seat reservations, fare calculations, and ticket changes  
  • Assist customers with travel inquiries
  • Support sales and customer service teams when needed
  • Help customers with visa issuing 

Qualifications

  • bachelor degree 
  • 2 years experience in same field 
  • Knowledge of airline ticketing rules
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
