أولاً: المهام اليومية (تُنفذ عند بداية الدوام)

  • 1-  
  • 1- العناية بالنباتات
  • • سقي النباتات الخارجية المعرضة لأشعة الشمس بشكل يومي.

  • • سقي النباتات الداخلية الموجودة في:

    • غرفة الإدارة.

    • غرفة الفريق.

    • المطبخ.

    • • يتم سقي النباتات الداخلية مرتين أسبوعياً أو حسب الحاجة.






  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Ensure proper portioning, labeling, and storage of food items to minimize waste and maintain quality control.
  • Support senior chefs in daily production, service operations, and inventory checks.
  • Adhere strictly to HACCP guidelines, safety procedures, and company kitchen policies at all times.

Qualifications

  •  Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel, restaurant, catering, or central kitchen).
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques related to the assigned section (hot kitchen, pastry, bakery, butchery, etc.).
  • Understanding of food hygiene standards and safe food handling practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and operate effectively within a team environment.
