Our client, a leading company in the Cyber IT Solutions & Computer Sales sector, is seeking a qualified Social Media Team Leader to fill this position and play a vital role in the company's overall success.

Working time
9am - 5pm (flexible) / 3-6 Days a week (flexible)
Salary range
750,000 - 850,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- - Lead the social media team, assign tasks, and follow up on performance.
- - Develop monthly marketing and content plans aligned with the company's sales goals.
- - Create and write content for the company's social media platforms.
- - Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent, on-time posting.
- - Review and approve all content before publishing.
- - Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media.
- - Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with improvement recommendations.
- - Monitor competitors and market trends in the IT and computer sector.
- - Coordinate with the sales team to promote products and offers.
Qualifications
- - 2–3 years of experience in social media or content marketing, including some team leadership experience.
- - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- - Proven ability to create and write engaging content for social media platforms.
- - Experience building marketing plans and content calendars.
- - Good knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
- - Strong writing skills in Arabic; good English is a plus.
- - Familiarity with the IT and computer products market is a plus.
- - Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
