Our client, a leading company in the Cyber IT Solutions & Computer Sales sector, is seeking a qualified Social Media Team Leader to fill this position and play a vital role in the company's overall success.


Location

Karbala - Hayy Al-Baladiya

Working time

9am - 5pm (flexible)  / 3-6 Days a week (flexible)

Salary range

750,000 - 850,000 IQD

Responsibilities

  • - Lead the social media team, assign tasks, and follow up on performance.
  • - Develop monthly marketing and content plans aligned with the company's sales goals.
  • - Create and write content for the company's social media platforms.
  • - Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent, on-time posting.
  • - Review and approve all content before publishing.
  • - Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media.
  • - Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with improvement recommendations.
  • - Monitor competitors and market trends in the IT and computer sector.
  • - Coordinate with the sales team to promote products and offers.

Qualifications

  •  - 2–3 years of experience in social media or content marketing, including some team leadership experience.
  • - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • - Proven ability to create and write engaging content for social media platforms.
  • - Experience building marketing plans and content calendars.
  • - Good knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
  • - Strong writing skills in Arabic; good English is a plus.
  • - Familiarity with the IT and computer products market is a plus.
  • - Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
